There are many things that happen to us during one’s lifetime that may have a dramatic effect on our life.
I was at the Christian Women’s Luncheon today and the guest speaker spoke about how divorce can have a lasting effect on many people not just the two individuals who are going through this. I say it’s like a domino effect.
After the meeting I had a dental appointment and my hygienist who had lost her only son some three years ago spoke about the difficulties that she has dealt with because of his death. I shared with her that God will give us the strength to endure during our time of healing. We must know that we will never be left alone if we believe in the words of Jesus. He weeps when we weep. He understands what we are going through. Trust in Him always.
